Much better than the other nearby Jamaican place who I won't mention. They have a lot of options here, of which I've tried like 5 or so and there's still a few things left I want to try. Clean casual cantina vibes decorated w/ lots of Jamaican color. Order at the counter. - Oxtail: one of the best I've had, so fatty juicy and a hearty ass portion. - Curry goat: pretty good. Bonier but still a good amount of meat and cooked pretty tender w/ a mild brown curry. - Ackee & saltfish: tasty kind of omelette hash scramble dish but hardly any saltfish, like just a few tiny scraps sprinkled throughout. - Jerk pork: heaping pile of bbq style pork belly in a tasty jerk sauce, very fatty and tender but just a tad salty. - Yaad style wings: just normal fried wings pretty meh. I'd pass on these and get the jerk wings instead. All the entrees come w/ rice with beans, some tasty pickled veggies & usually plaintains. Prices are high but they don't skimp on the portions. Still may come back to try the curry shrimp and whole fried fish dishes.

Delicious food! We loved the oxtail and jerk chicken. Really loved the festival too! We just got back from Negril and I'd definitely rank the flavor of the food right up there with what we had on the island. Great stuff!

Yes, yes, and yes! Run, don't walk if you've got a hankering for some Jamaican food. Now I haven't had too much exposure to different Jamaican restaurants but this is definitely on my radar to revisit if I'm ever in town again. The oxtail was superb. Meat was fall off the bone tender and had so much flavor. I don't normally eat that much but I polished off the plate. The jerk chicken was moist and flavorful. The pairing of the slaw with the plantains just brought the dish full circle. The beef patty was also something worth mentioning. It had just the right amount of kick to make your tastebuds tingle. I would def order again.
